In implantology we have built up our expertise over decades — now in the fourth generation as a family-run practice. In our modernly equipped rooms we perform implant procedures gently on an outpatient basis, and where requested under general anesthesia.
Anyone who wants to regain the feeling of their own teeth is usually well advised to choose implants. Firmly anchored in the jawbone, implants take on the function of the natural tooth root and help prevent the bone loss caused by missing teeth. Even if the jawbone has already receded, implantation can in many cases be made possible through bone augmentation or — in the upper jaw — a sinus lift. We perform both procedures regularly in our practice. The implants themselves are made of biocompatible titanium and are very durable.
Implants offer the comfort of a firm anchor while also preserving healthy tooth structure, as — unlike a bridge — intact neighbouring teeth do not need to be prepared. The titanium implant integrates firmly into the jawbone within around three to six months. Crowns, bridges or dentures can be attached to this foundation.

How do we proceed?
First we clarify in a thorough examination whether implant treatment is suitable for you and plan the restoration together with you. For planning, we use a digital 3D intraoral scanner wherever possible. This makes conventional impressions unnecessary in many cases — especially pleasant for patients with a sensitive gag reflex — while at the same time providing very precise data for planning.
You will then receive a treatment and cost plan from which you can see the costs for your individual implant treatment and the prosthetic restoration placed on it.
